- 1 - 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus ends trimmed
- 4 tsp. olive oil divided
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 4 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Place cleaned and trimmed asparagus spears in a gallon Ziploc plastic bag or large bowl.
Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to asparagus and move spears around in order to evenly distribute oil.
Add in garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Close bag and gently shake or move spears around to coat all spears with the other ingredients.
Place prepared asparagus on large, rimmed baking sheet (jelly-roll pan).
Set pan of asparagus in oven and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until asparagus is fork-tender. Serve immediately.
