Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice about 1/2 of a lime
  • 1 1/2 tsp. honey optional
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place banana, spinach, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, yogurt, milk, and lime juice into a blender. Process until all ingredients are well blended and you have a smooth texture.
  • Taste and add honey if desired. Add ice cubes and process until ice cubes are crushed and evenly incorporated into the smoothie.
  • Serve immediately.

Makes about 2 cups.
