- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice about 1/2 of a lime
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey optional
- 4-5 ice cubes
Place banana, spinach, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, yogurt, milk, and lime juice into a blender. Process until all ingredients are well blended and you have a smooth texture.
Taste and add honey if desired. Add ice cubes and process until ice cubes are crushed and evenly incorporated into the smoothie.
Serve immediately.
