- 1/2 c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp. Blue Agave syrup
- 1/4 c. blackberries
- 1/4 c. sliced strawberries
- 1/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. granola
Mix vanilla bean paste and Blue Agave syrup into the Greek yogurt, taste, and adjust sweetener and vanilla to your taste.
In a tall glass put about a tablespoon of the yogurt on the bottom. Add a layer of berries and sprinkle a little granola on top.
Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with granola on top.
