Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp. Blue Agave syrup
  • 1/4 c. blackberries
  • 1/4 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. granola

Instructions

  • Mix vanilla bean paste and Blue Agave syrup into the Greek yogurt, taste, and adjust sweetener and vanilla to your taste.
  • In a tall glass put about a tablespoon of the yogurt on the bottom. Add a layer of berries and sprinkle a little granola on top.
  • Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with granola on top.
