Ingredients

  • 2 c. frozen small cut strawberries
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries a 1/2 c. at a time with skim milk in a blender, scraping sides as needed.
  • Add blueberries, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes to mixture and blend until desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately.
