Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice juice from about 1 fresh lime
  • 1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c. thawed frozen raspberries**
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
  • Using a hand blender, blend ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

**I use about 3/4 c. frozen raspberries to get the 1/2 cup measure of thawed berries.
