- 4 c. frozen strawberries
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 7-9 ice cubes
Blend strawberries with milk by adding berries in 1 cup increments with the milk.
Blend in Greek yogurt, honey, and banana till smooth.
Add ice and blend until desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
