Are you a breakfast person? I am. My day just isn’t the same if I don’t eat a good breakfast. Usually it’s something simple, but healthy – like yogurt and fruit with a slice of whole grain toast, or a dish of hot oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. But every now and then I get the urge the make something a little more involved – like waffles. Top them with fresh fruit or a little maple syrup and they hit the spot for a warm, filling breakfast.
