So many people struggle with body image. Ironically, it can get in the way of taking good care of ourselves. We get down and eat more, or don’t exercise. Don’t let that happen. Regardless of how you look or what you weigh, you are wonderfully made. When you feel like giving up and returning to old habits, remember who made you, and that you were made for a purpose. Keep working on developing healthy habits because you’re worth it!
